and a shared love of music has provided an excellent situation in which the band has matured into an ambitious talented musical force. This collaboration has produced a broad range of musical styles spearheaded by Espinosas songwriting and enhanced with each of the talents contributed by the other members. The songs written by Animal Steel range in style from intense rock n roll ala Metallica and Queens of the Stone Age to Epic ballads in the vein of the Killers and Arcade Fire to complex pop influenced by the Beatles and Radiohead. The bands debut full-length album, All the Wrong Planets, builds on the previous musical experience while paving new ground that only living hard can provide the inspiration for. Animal Steel has the ambition, skill set, and wherewithal required to break through as a professional band and much more.
